My decision to have breast reduction surgery has been a life changing experience for me, as for the last two years I had noticed that my breasts were getting larger (even though I had lost over a stone in weight) and one noticeably more than the other.  This was having a real effect on my confidence and how I was dressing, always in black, baggy tops.  My self-esteem was very low.

The other effect making this decision hard was the fact that I have a severe phobia of hospitals, doctors and all the questions and examinations that go along with that.  I do not find it very easy talking about myself, but I knew I had to overcome this fear in order to feel better about myself and how it was affecting my life.

I should not have worried, my first meeting with Mr Pacifico put me completely at ease with his pleasant manner, and he filled me with confidence and listened to ME.  He immediately understood my reasons for wanting the surgery and after a physical examination told me he could help and reduce my breasts to make me feel normal again.

Three weeks later and it is surgery day.  Mr Pacifico came in and drew lots of lines on my breasts where he would make the incisions, I was so nervous but still certain I was doing the right thing.  When I came round I had a drain coming out of each side and a wide band round my chest, fastened at the front with Velcro.  The drains were removed the following morning and I was discharged wearing a sports bra.

I was not in pain just very tired which lasted for a few days.  Looking at my breasts, even with the tape covering the incisions I was pleased I had gone through with it, they looked amazing.

Two weeks later the tape came off and I saw the scars for the first time, not nearly as bad as I thought they would be.

Four weeks on, and having been careful not to over do things, the tiredness and wearing a sports bra 24/7, the only discomfort I can describe are pins and needles all over my breasts, but not really much pain.  Now it is just time, patience and massage with Bio oil or E45 until the six week check, the all clear, then off shopping!!!  Knowing I can go and buy all the pretty lingerie and strappy tops that I could only look at before.  I am able to wear anything now with my new found confidence.  Grateful thanks go to Mr Pacifico, this really has changed my life and was worth every penny.

Having surgery is something I’ve wanted and been considering for a number of years.  When I decided to finally bite the bullet, I had to start looking for a suitable surgeon.  After doing some research and speaking to a number of sources, I had Marc Pacifico recommended.  Marc made me feel completely at ease and I was excited that I would finally be having my operation with someone who I trusted and knew was passionate about his work.  A month and half after surgery I couldn’t be happier with my choice and my result!

The results of 2 children and breast feeding.  My breasts were a 34B and very empty with a bit of a droop, and I wanted to have back what I was like when I was breast feeding (a full C cup).  Mr Pacifico advised me to have an uplift as well as the augmentation which was at the end the right decision!  The results are fantastic, although because I needed an uplift too, I have scars around my nipples and down towards the breast crease (but they are fading all the time).  The shape is really natural, and it has given me such a confidence boost, it’s untrue!  Good luck with your decisions.  You have to believe in your surgeon first and foremost.

The whole team: from the amazing secretary to the super duper Mr Marc Pacifico.  I had life changing breast enhancement in Tunbridge Wells.  The team there were great too but from the initial consultation right through to the after care, Marc and his team have been honestly fantastic.  I would recommend to anyone.  Well I already have been!

From my first consultation with Marc I felt I would be in safe hands and I have been.  I had a full abdominoplasty along with breast augmentation-mastopexy at the same time.  I returned to work three weeks after the operation.  My breasts look and feel completely natural, I actually forget I have had the operation.  My abdomen now has a really good shape, where as before the op it hung like a saggy balloon. My tummy tuck needed a little minor revision along the scar line which Marc carried out for me.  Marc has provided the best after care I could have wished for.  I am 18 months post surgery and he is still following me up in his out patient clinic.  I do believe surgeons such as Marc are rare, he has an eye for the smallest detail and a wonderful manner.  The admin staff have been great and are very efficient.

I was made up after my second consultation when I knew I was definitely having the operation done.  Throughout my stay at the McIndoe Surgical Centre I was very well looked after, the operation was a smashing success with a quick and trouble free recovery, the end result was just as I wanted and more, I would strongly recommend Mr Marc Pacifico. 🙂

Marc Pacifico was recommended to me by a friend who had recently undergone breast surgery.  Having breast fed two children over twenty years ago, my breasts had sagged considerably and age had not helped.  After reading through Marc Pacifico’s website, I decided to seek his advice; assuming that I would need implants and an uplift.  I was relieved upon my first consultation to discover that implants were unnecessary and that I would not loose any volume [in fact quite the opposite].  I had no hesitation in going ahead with a further consultation and surgery.  I was kept informed of the process and procedure throughout.

When the day of surgery arrived, I was nervous, despite having had all my questions answered personally by Marc and medical staff [ I asked many].  My named nurse was brilliant and from the moment I arrived at the hospital, I was kept informed of what would be taking place.  Marc Pacifico saw me both before and at regular intervals after surgery and before going home the following morning.  He even telephoned me that evening to see how I was progressing!

My post surgery care was of the same standard that I had received in the hospital and could not have been better.  After 2 weeks, I returned to work.  Within 3 weeks, I had returned to my daily cardio routine at the gym and commenced weight training at 6 weeks.  It’s now been 8 weeks since my operation and my only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier in life.  I now have the most fantastic breasts, the scarring is barely visible and my self-esteem has risen dramatically.  I no longer feel embarrassed when using the communal changing area at the gym and look forward to using the sauna, knowing that I can wear my bikini with pride.
